Demo calls

Hear it yourself.

Four sample calls, start to finish, with transcripts. Judge the pacing and the wording for yourself rather than taking our word for it.

These are demos, not customer calls.

Every clip below was recorded by us, using invented businesses. No real customer, patient, or caller appears in any of them, and nothing here is a case study or a claimed result. When we have customer recordings we're allowed to publish, we'll label them clearly as such.

Transcript

  • ORENIQ

Good afternoon, Northgate Dental — how can I help?

  • Caller

Hi, I'd like to book a cleaning sometime next week.

  • ORENIQ

Of course. Have you visited us before?

  • Caller

    No, first time.

  • ORENIQ

No problem — new patient cleanings run about an hour. I have Tuesday at 10:40am or Thursday at 2pm.

  • Caller

    Thursday works.

  • ORENIQ

Booked for Thursday at 2pm. Can I take your name and mobile number for the confirmation?

Demo scenarios

How we'd configure it.

Walkthroughs of how the receptionist would be set up for three kinds of business. Illustrative, built on invented examples, with no results claimed.

  • Dental clinicDemo

    After-hours booking

Roughly half of new-patient calls arrive outside opening hours, when the line goes to voicemail.

    How it's handled

    • Answers at 8pm with the practice greeting
    • Checks real availability in the practice calendar
    • Books the slot and sends a confirmation SMS
    • Flags the new patient for reception to review next morning

The appointment is on the books before the practice opens, instead of a voicemail nobody returns.

  • Veterinary practiceDemo

    Overflow during peak hours

Front desk is with clients in person; the phone rings unanswered through the morning rush.

    How it's handled

    • Picks up only when every line is already busy
    • Answers hours, location, and pricing questions outright
    • Books routine appointments directly
    • Transfers anything clinical or distressed to a nurse

Staff stay with the client in front of them while routine calls still get handled.

  • Plumbing companyDemo

    Emergency triage

Urgent jobs and routine quotes arrive on the same number, and the urgent ones can't wait.

    How it's handled

    • Asks two questions to establish whether water is actively flowing
    • Talks the caller through the immediate shut-off
    • Warm-transfers genuine emergencies to the on-call engineer
    • Books non-urgent quotes into the estimator's diary

Emergencies reach a person in seconds; quotes stop interrupting emergency work.

The best demo is your own phone number.

Recordings only tell you so much. We'll configure the receptionist for your business so you can ring it and try to catch it out.
